Job Title : Vice Principal

Job Description: Teaching and managing middle department in K12 school

Main Duties
1. Do the academic research and curriculum reform of the current IB courses in
the school;
2. Lead the academic team to create lesson plans & teaching materials;
3. Test the curriculum plan and teaching materials to ensure the continuous
improvement of teaching materials;
4. Provide professional support and suggestions in teacher training and teaching
quality control, and supervise the feedback of students and parents;
5. Work closely with other departments to know more about the current courses
and students’ learning cycle and pattern;
6. Organize and participate in seminars / training / visits of the teaching
department to effectively communicate and follow up the development and
changes of the school.
