Job Description
ICATCHU is an online English education company that provides high-quality English lessons to Korean and Japanese students of different age groups. We are looking for passionate and experienced teachers who want to be part of our growing team of tutors.
As a tutor, you will have a freedom to choose your own schedule and teach from the comfort of your own home. Our regular system allows for a fixed schedule, so you can plan your time accordingly. We offer a competitive rate of PHP 150/hour with monthly incentives. We also provide teaching materials, so you can focus on what you do best - teaching!

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of ESL teaching experience
- Good English proficiency with a clear neutral accent
- Personal computer/laptop
- Stable internet connection with a speed of minimum upload speed of 30 MBPS and minimum download speed of 30 MBPS
- A high-definition (HD) external or integrated web camera (with at least 720p resolution)
- A working environment conducive to online classes (quiet, clutter-free, and well-lit space in your home with a plain white background)
- Available at peak hours (6 PM to 10 PM)
- Excellent work ethic (Punctual)

Responsibilities:
Tutors have a responsibility over their students and classes
Provide 15/30/45 minutes of English lessons to Korean students via Zoom (video) and Kakao (voice)
Maintain good attendance and performance record
