Online interviewer for online teacher candidates

A 15-minute interview 0.75 USD / per interview.

We are looking to hire home-based interviewers to conduct online interviews with English teachers on our behalf.

Job description:

1. Duration of each interview: 15 minutes (some interviews may end early and not take up the full time)

2. Pay rate per interview: 0.75 USD

3. Hourly wage: 3 USD/hour

4. Availability for interviews job: At least 3-4 hours per day

Main job responsibilities:
Conduct interviews with candidates who have applied to our company (no need to evaluate the results, just complete the required interview)

The interview process consists of several stages:
Stage 1 : Asking general questions
Stage 2 : Simulating a teacher-student interaction during a class （demo class）
Stage 3 : No need to answer questions, as we have a follow-up team for that

During this process, you need to guide teachers and discover their teaching strengths and potential. Your role is to help teachers identify and develop their own strengths and advantages.

Requirements:

1. Clean and quiet working environment
2. Headset/computer/stable wired internet connection (no phone signal)
3. Experience in online teaching is preferred
4. Since the interviews represent the company externally, once an interview is scheduled, it cannot be rescheduled or canceled. Therefore, attendance will be an important assessment criterion.
