Requirements:

  • Associate degree/ bachelor’s degree or higher (Any field)
  • English Proficiency: Native or near native.
  • Japanese Skills: Basic.
  • Passion for Teaching: Enthusiastic about working with kids and teens.
  • TEFL/TESOL Certification: A plus, not required.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable adjusting to new cultures and work settings.
  • Communication Skills: Good at interacting with students and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Able to plan and conduct engaging lessons.
  • Team Player: Ready to work with Japanese teachers and staff.
