Requirements:
- Associate degree/ bachelor’s degree or higher (Any field)
- English Proficiency: Native or near native.
- Japanese Skills: Basic.
- Passion for Teaching: Enthusiastic about working with kids and teens.
- TEFL/TESOL Certification: A plus, not required.
- Adaptability: Comfortable adjusting to new cultures and work settings.
- Communication Skills: Good at interacting with students and colleagues.
- Organizational Skills: Able to plan and conduct engaging lessons.
