岗位职责：
Job Description

1.负责0岁-6岁儿童英语课程教学工作的组织与实施
Skills to lead a class of 0 to 6 years old children or parent-child pair activities.
2.负责课堂教具准备，教室环创布置；
Prepare the teaching aids and related environment for the class. 
3.负责及时掌握学员语言学习动态和要求，对学员进行辅导和服务；
Observe and monitor the student’s learning process, guide and scaffold the children to meet their individual need. 
4.负责协助中心校区的市场推广宣传活动及DEMO课展示；
Conduct the DEMO class and support marketing events.
5.负责组织实施与教学相关的各项活动；
Organize other educational activities
6.负责定期对孩子的成长跟家长沟通
Speak to the children’s parents about their child’s development.
