Job Content
At ABC, the majority of the students you’ll
teach will be between 10 – 12 years old, but you may also see the occasional
toddler!
If you’d like to put your business cap on
occasionally, ABC also enjoy relationships with local businesses who often
require teachers join them on their company premises to deliver social and
business-focused classes to their employees.
Deliver a range of interesting classes using your
typical tool-kit of flash-cards, colours and all things fun! Although centres
have their own stock of materials, teachers also enjoy the creativity to
create their own classes.
Maximum class-sizes of 15 students, but with a current average
of around 10!
Get involved in regular fun activities to
keep those little bundles of joy smiling!
·
You’ll work 25 hours each week (100
teaching hours per month), with absolutely no office hours!
·
You’ll enjoy 2 days off per week
(usually determined by your personal schedule!),
·
You’ll usually be working laid-back, flexible
shifts during the week, with most of your classes taking place on a
weekend.
·
Occasionally, you can enjoy fun
staff-training activities organised by the school!
·
Although you’ll be spending all of your time
in a fun class environment, and are not required to remain on-site for office
work, you’ll probably spend a little time planning your classes and
reviewing the overall teaching plan!
