Teach English in kids training center

Compensation

a) Basic Salary: 14,500~16,500 RMB/month

b) Housing allowance: 2,000-3,000 RMB/month depending on the cities

c) 5,000RMB reimbursement for document authentications, work visa, residence permit and medical check fees

d) Flight Ticket Reimbursement for 1st year: Up to 6,000 RMB

e) Medical and Accident Insurance provided

f) Up to 5 days free hotel provided to settle down in the city

g) holiday/11 days public year, 2 days off/week, 10 days of annual leave/year, 1 day Christmas off 

h) On-going training and professional development

i) Career development opportunities in teaching, course development, regional trainer

Qualifications:

a) Native English Speaker from: US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland or South Africa

b) Major in early childhood education or other related field preferred

c) Two years kids teaching experience is preferred, TEFL/TESOL certification is a must.

d) Age between 24-45

e) Can apply Chinese Z visa in English teaching position.

Job Description

a) Student age: 3-12 years 

b) Class size: up to 18 students

c) 2 days off per week (Monday and Tuesday), Wednesday-Sunday working

d) 25 working hours per week, up to 18 teaching hours per week.

e) Plan and facilitate communicative English lessons for students 

f) Provide teaching that is consistent with standards and curriculum

g) Modify lessons to suit learners’ interests and language proficiency, when necessary

h) Establish and maintain a productive English learning environment in the classroom

i) Assess student’s progress and proficiency throughout their course

j) Along with other staff, communicate feedback to students’ parents

k) Plan and run extracurricular activities and outdoor courses

l) Develop oneself through trainings and observations and incorporate new teaching techniques into the classroom

m) Oversee out of the classroom English environment activities, as needed
