Online ESL Teacher PH (Session-based)

Our tutoring program involves:
•    10- 15-20 and 30-minute video and audio discussions with scheduled students.
•    A structured curriculum covering basic to advanced courses.
•    Morning and Evening Shifts. (Part-time and Full-time)
•    Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Tuesday and Thursday
•    Minimum working hours: 3 hours
•    Payment is per 10-minute session. Up to $10 per hour depending on your qualifications and experience.
•    Perfective Attendance Incentive (PAI) depends on the number of hours you work. 

We are hiring qualified ESL tutors to work from home.
We are looking for applicants who have ESL audio and video class experience. Please keep in mind that our students are Junior and business professional, therefore we expect candidates with a mature demeanor.
This is NOT a typical "booking system" in which daily workload is highly unpredictable. Unlike the other platforms, all our students have fixed lesson schedules so there is a consistency in work volume. Consistent work volume means a consistent level of compensation, subsequently.

Qualifications

• Having a neutral or near-native American accent (Most Important)
• Preferably with teaching experience
• Ability to communicate effectively; must be flexible and willing to be trained
• Must have a passion for teaching and a commitment to student success
• Good character and work ethics are required
