1. Basic teaching salary of 11000-18000RMB, based on positions, locations, ESL experience and qualification;

Job Content
1. Teach English classes for 2-12 years old children, and planning teaching programs;
2. Giving demo classes to potential customers to help with student recruiting(with Sales Demo Bonus);
3. Teaching 20 hours per week, including teaching regular classes, marketing activities and sales demo classes;
4. Handle class sizes around 10 students;
5. Attend monthly meeting/orientation and on-job training;
6. Join the center’s social programs and events including Extra Curricular Activities (ECA) of Education Department during the working hours.
